Wednesday evening (12 May 2010)

After the opening ceremony and the panel discussion you can look forward to a Bavarian night with beer and brezels. You can get to know your fellow delegates, chairs and the secretariat in a relaxed atmosphere before the start of formal sessions the next morning.

Thursday evening (13 May 2010)

After the first day of formal session our social events team has organised a Talent Show! We are looking forward to YOUR performances: You may dance, sing, act, rap or entertain the others in any other way. Plus you will have the chance to witness some legendary performances by organisational team… After that everyone who wants can take part in a karoke battle! You never know, you might become Eurasia’s Sing Star!

Friday afternoon (14 May 2010)

On Friday formal sessions will end earlier and you will have the chance to spend the afternoon as you wish. Either you can show off your sports talents in one of our sports events (football, beach volleyball or basketball) or you can take part in a guided tour through the historic city center of Passau. This, however, will be no ordinary tour, so look forward to some surprises…

Friday Evening (14 May 2010)
Friday evening our conference dinner will take place in the so-called “Scharfrichterhaus” which translates as the executioner’s house. In the middle ages this building was the town’s prison and home of the executioner but today it is one of the most popular restaurants in Passau and is also used as a venue for cabarets and other events. Look forward to enjoying a fantastic meal in a historic surrounding!

Saturday evening (15 May 2010)
Saturday’s social event will be the one everyone will be waiting for: The Riverboat Party!! We will all board a boat, sail along the Danube into Austria and spend the evening partying on the river! We promise you, this will be a party you will never forget! It is going to be legen – wait for it – dary!
