Debate at EurasiaMUN is governed by Rules of Procedure. These rules are designed to help delegates debate and discuss topics in a structured and effective manner.

Detailed knowledge of the Rules of Procedure is a precondition to meaningful participation in the conference. We encourage all delegates to carefully study the Rules of Procedure before coming to Passau and to bring a printed copy to the conference for reference. Overview of the rules will be provided at training sessions prior to Opening Ceremony.
